"Not really convenient for my trip"
I booked this because I figured it would be near the station, or at least close enough that it wouldn’t be a big deal, but it ended up being out of the way. I was dragging my bags around longer than I planned, and that kind of ruined the convenience part for me.
Maybe it’s better in other areas, and maybe I should’ve checked more, but if the whole point is making travel easier then I feel like the locations should just be more obvious and closer. For my trip it was stressful, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Bad timing made the support feel really slow"
Booking itself was fine, but the support part didn’t really work out for me. I had a question about my drop-off, and of course it was one of those times where I needed an answer quickly. The reply came way too late, and by then I’d already had to sort it out on my own. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but the timing was just off and the answer didn’t help much at that point.

Booking on stasher.com was really straightforward. The payment page loaded right away and my card went through on the first try—well, actually I was expecting some extra verification or random error, but there wasn’t any of that. I got the confirmation email almost immediately after paying, so I knew everything was sorted. Simple overall, which is exactly what I wanted. I’d use it again if I need to store my bags.

I used the app to book bag storage and it was straightforward overall. The map and payment both worked fine, though it did load a bit slowly for me at times. Some of the extra steps felt a little unnecessary, but it still got the job done.

"I’ve used Stasher a couple of times while..."
I’ve used Stasher a couple of times while travelling, and the booking part was straightforward. It’s a useful service when you don’t want to drag your bags around all day.
The only issue I had was with the opening hours. One place was supposed to be open when I arrived, but the shop was still shut, so I ended up standing around waiting with my luggage.
I did get my bags back without any problems, so it wasn’t a disaster. Just feels like the listed hours need checking more carefully

"Much easier than what I usually do when traveling"
I booked it in just a few minutes and left my bags near the station. Compared to dragging my luggage around all day like I normally do, this made everything so much less stressful.

"Pretty easy to update my booking"
I had to change my drop-off time at the last minute, and it was just easy to sort out. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked fine for what I needed.

"Insurance made me feel way better"
Having the bag covered made me feel a lot more relaxed. I was a little unsure at first, but I felt fine leaving it there knowing it was insured and not just, you know, hoping for the best.

"Refund was quick and hassle-free"
I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and wasn’t sure how smooth the refund process would be. Support got back to me quickly, and the money was back in my account within a few days. No chasing, no awkward back and forth, just sorted properly. If anyone’s worried about booking in case plans change, my experience with stasher was totally fine. I’d use them again.

"Dropping off my bag was fine, but..."
Dropping off my bag was fine, but picking it up was way slower than I expected. I showed the booking code right away, but the shop still seemed confused and spent a while looking around for it.
I did get my stuff back in the end, but I was already in a rush and it added unnecessary stress. What made it more annoying was feeling like I was stuck in a support loop, with no clear answer on who was supposed to help. Not a terrible experience, but pickup really needs to be quicker and more organized.

"The partner venue was messy when..."
The partner venue was messy when I got there, and it just gave me a weird feeling. Maybe it was fine, but I didn’t really feel comfortable leaving my bags there because if a place looks disorganized, I feel like stuff could go missing easier. Not the best experience

My bag came back with new scuffs on it and the handle felt a bit loose, which definitely wasn’t how I left it. When I raised it with the staff, they didn’t seem that bothered, and I ended up having to chase them just to get any sort of response to my complaint. Really not the level of care I expected, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"I had to cancel my booking..."
I had to cancel my booking, and it went okay in the end. The refund came through without much trouble, so that part was fine. My only complaint is that it took a bit of digging to find where to cancel, which was annoying. It really shouldn’t be that hard to find the cancel option. I kept clicking around, looking in different spots, and that got frustrating. But once I finally found it, the actual cancellation was easy.

"Easy site, but I felt a bit ignored"
The site itself was really easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly with no real issues. I did have a question at one point, though, and it kind of felt like nobody was paying attention, which was a little frustrating.

"Wasn’t sure at first, but it worked out"
I was a little hesitant about trusting someone else with my bags, but everything went smoothly. I kept wondering if I should’ve just carried them around myself, but the service did exactly what it promised and I had no issues.

"Nice bags, but for some reason they feel a little overpriced"
These bags are definitely good quality and they work well. I like using them instead of plastic bags, and they feel sturdy enough for regular use. For some reason though, the price just feels a bit high for what they are. I don’t regret buying them, but I do wish they were cheaper or came with better deals. Overall, they’re fine, I’m just not totally convinced the value is there.

"Drop-off took way longer than I expected"
I booked through Stasher because I vaguely remembered luggage drop-off services being quick and straightforward, but this one really didn’t feel like that. When I got there, the place didn’t seem prepared for bags at all, and from what I remember the staff looked a bit unsure about my booking.
I ended up standing around much longer than I’d planned just to leave my luggage, which was really frustrating since I was trying to get to a train. Looking back, it felt more stressful than useful, and I don’t think I’d use this spot again.

Booking was super easy, but the waiting part was frustrating. I ended up standing around longer than I expected both when dropping off and picking up my bag. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I probably wouldn’t use it again if I was in a rush, if that makes sense.

"Way more bag-drop spots than I expected"
I used Stasher on a weekend trip and didn’t expect it to be that convenient, but there were loads of storage spots near the station and city centre. We barely had to walk anywhere, which was a relief since we were dragging around two bags. Booking was simple, and the shop took them without making it weird or complicated. Impressive for something I assumed would be a bit of a hassle. I’d use it again if I had time to kill before check-in

"Vague replies and promises that didn’t really happen"
I had a frustrating time trying to get clear answers from Stasher. The emails were vague, and I felt like I kept having to ask the same questions over and over. They made it seem like someone would explain things or follow up properly, but that didn’t really happen. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me the communication was messy, stressful, and not what I expected.
